Working with Bill and Karen was more than I had expected. After my entire home was destroyed by water damage, Bill suggested an honest and realistic plan for renovation. Then Karen came in using her creativity and knowledge of textures/colors with modern design and current industry trends. They both worked as if it were their own home, with attention to detail that would make all the difference. I felt like we were all on the same team and line of communication.
